During her decades-long academic career, Milica acquired the title of full professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade, at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology. During her academic career, she mentored many doctoral dissertations, master's theses, professional health specializations, graduate theses, as well as was the leader of numerous scientific projects in various fields.
Milica's rich work experience speaks the most about her, and she brought her professional knowledge to KK Pharma Leader, where she works as an advisor, and she is responsible for the preparation of professional documents and the preparation and control of professional translations.

She is the author of over 100 papers in domestic and foreign scientific journals, two books and two practicums.
